Tim has been a licensed broker since 2009, but his love for the problem-solving aspects of this business began while earning a bachelor’s degree in general management and real estate land use affairs. Before becoming an agent, he was a title representative at Fidelity National Financial for several years, gaining broad-topic insights from marketing and branding to farming. He’s racked up numerous awards since, including top producing agent and top 5% of title representatives nationally. Tim also fully engages in the camaraderie of the business, using his natural ability to connect with people on a personal level and build trust from there.

 

After this long in the industry, Tim believes that home is where the heart is. But he also understands that it’s one of the biggest assets you can purchase or sell. Tim may be an accomplished real estate professional, but he considers his family his greatest achievement, including his two beautiful boys. When he unwinds, Tim travels and spends time doing outdoor activities, including fishing. He also loves cars and enjoys good company.
